Terms of Use

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Pickup and Cancellations, Returns & Refunds pages.

Plants are living things: colour, size and shape vary naturally, and photos are illustrative. Care notes are general guidance, not a guarantee of results. Prices are in Indian rupees. The total shown at checkout, including any delivery fee, is what you pay.

• When you start checkout, the items in your bag are held for 30 minutes while you pay.
• Your order is confirmed only after payment succeeds. If you do not pay in time, the hold is released and you are not charged.
• We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will refund anything you paid.

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Please give accurate details so we can reach you about your order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
